Yo! I'm Paul Jun, a creative director, writer, brand strategist, community builder, and photographer based in Brooklyn.
I love building things, whether it's evolving brands, products, stories, and communities.
I co-created The Observers, a publication on photographers and photobooks. In the past, I lead the brand evolution at Mixpanel, I launched a new editorial project called IDEAS at COLLINS, served as Head of Content for the global CreativeMornings community, and helped build Seth Godin's The altMBA program from the ground up. I also published a book called Connect the Dots: Strategies and Meditations on Self-education.
Currently, I'm the Director of Brand at Personio.
I've been writing since 2009, connecting the dots between my interests: history, psychology, creativity, strategy, philosophy, leadership, art, design, and storytelling. Outside of work, I snowboard, play basketball, and take photographs. I am a first-generation Korean American, born and raised in New Jersey. Currently living in Brooklyn.
